Obligatory Introduction Post!

Why hello there! Welcome to my blog, a place where I am going to write and rant about losing weight.  

Quick backstory: I’ve been overweight my whole life, lost about 30 pounds a year ago, and got complacent.  I’m now ready to jump back on the weight loss bandwagon and kick some ass. I want to finish what I started because I am no longer happy with the way I look/feel.  

A Few Little Facts About Me:

  • I’m 19.
  • I’m in college.
  • I live on the east coast.
  • I like running, but I’m never consistent enough to get good at it. 
  • I want to lose weight mostly for health reasons, but I’d be lying if I said I don’t want to look hot in a bikini.
  • Right now, I weigh around 165-170lbs, but I was around 200lbs at my highest. 
  • I’m choosing to remain anonymous (for now!), but I’ll let you know that I’m a girl! 
  • I really want to lose weight (duh.) 

So I don’t really know what else to write in this post right now.  I’m going to do my first ~official~ weigh-in on Saturday (that’s when I’ll be back home, as I’m away right now!) but the trend seems to be to weigh-in on Wednesdays, so I’ll likely be doing that. Wish me luck, because after many failed attempts at beginning to lose weight again, I’m starting anew, but for real this time.
